Every Brain Fitness event includes learning-by-doing the activities plus just enough brain theory for a solid point of reference. Brain Fitness activities are simple, easy-to-do movements and self-acupressure techniques derived from Energy Kinesiology. The activities can easily be adapted for individual needs or limitations. Events also typically include handouts to facilitate using the material later.

I do my Brain Gym exercises at night in bed and find that they help give me a good nights sleep and in the morning I do them before I get up. I find that they relax my eyes. I can do crossword puzzles better now, the words seem to come easier. Also just knowing why your mind goes blank when you are in stress mode would help people realize that they are not getting Alzheimer’s. I think that it is great to teach seniors these exercises. They can be done as a group or individually and they are easy to do.
I’m just calling to share Good News, because with doing Brain Fitness and feeling so centered I did my Unity Teacher licensing exam last week and I got straight A’s, and it’s the first time this little dyslexic has ever ended up with straight A’s in her life!

I decided to try a simple Brain Fitness tune-up before I started writing report cards. When the weekend was over I realized that I had cut the amount of time to do my reports in half!! It was amazing but true! I now use the writing balance for all professional and personal documents I need to write clearly and effectively. It works EVERY time!!
My 15 year old daughter has learning challenges, and her teachers assured her that she would never graduate from her private high school. 3 years ago she finished 8 units, 2 years ago 15 units, but last year, using Brain Fitness, she finished 55 units and her self esteem is soaring!!!
In Grade One my daughter Jamie was easily distracted in class, and had difficulty concentrating and listening to instructions. She got reprimanded quite regularly. Since her Brain Fitness session, her concentration and focus improved and so did her teacher's remarks about her classroom behaviour.
