Come explore specific, simple ways to support your eye health, reduce stress, and improve your vision. You will learn physical strategies and energy balancing techniques from Bates, Behavioral Optometry, and Touch for Health Kinesiology.
You will return home equiped to implement your own vision maintenance and improvement program. With a modest investment of time and effort, you will make significant, lasting changes in your vision.
Linda says: Every participant checks their vision at the beginning and ending of class. By the end of class, most people already notice significant improvements. Some are able to read one or two lines further down the “Big E Eye Chart”, and many are also able to read much smaller print without their glasses!
