I was so spun out and anxious with too much to handle. My single Brain Gym session with Linda got me grounded so I can focus on tasks and get them done.

 Consider Touch for Health!

The Touch for Health curriculum was designed by John Thie, D.C., to give every individual effective, hands-on techniques to balance energy and improve well being.

Dr. Thie  was a close colleague of George Goodheart, D.C., the originator of Applied Kinesiology. With Goodheart’s blessing, Dr. Thie developed this safe, practical, powerful distillation of Applied Kinesiology techniques. His vision was to make these energy tools available to anyone, no prerequisites. The first Touch for Health manual was published in 1972.

Dr. Thie believed that you don’t have to go to the dentist to brush your teeth, and you shouldn’t have to go to the chiropractor to use simple, safe energy balancing techniques.

Touch for Health combines ancient principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine with western knowledge of brain/body function. Touch for Health is a system for improving posture, attitudes, and life energy, for relieving stress and aches and pains, and to help you feel and function better, clarify and achieve your goals, and enjoy your life!

A Touch for Health session can be as brief as quick trouble-shooting to alleviate a stiff neck, or it can be an hour-long, in-depth evaluation and improvement of bioenergy. In TFH, muscles reveal imbalances relating to stress, nutrition, learning problems, illness or injuries. In addition, muscle monitoring also shows the practitioner the optimal touch-therapy techniques for that individual at that time.

Touch for Health is overseen worldwide by the International Kinesiology College. In Canada, Touch for Health instructors are certified under the auspices of the Canadian Association of Specialized Kinesiology, www.canask.org. Touch for Health is taught in four levels of 15-20 hours each.  TFH instructors are also certified to teach the following approved courses: Tibetan Energy, Stress Release Made Easy, Maximum Athletic Performance System, The Top Ten Series, Food & Supplement Testing, Kinesiology for Kids, Perceptive Vision.
