Focus and Concentration
In Grade One my daughter Jamie was easily distracted in class, and had difficulty concentrating and listening to instructions. She got reprimanded quite regularly. Since her Brain Gym session, her concentration and focus improved and so did her teacher's remarks about her classroom behaviour. An excellent alternative to your children “labelled” or put on prescription drugs. It worked for us. Thanks Linda!
